 Doors open at 9:00 AM and the event kicks off at 10:30 AM

It is likely the main (Swiss) part of this event will finish at about 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

There will be 6 rounds single elimination Top 8s if up to 64 players

 REFUND POLICY

When life gets in the way…   

Ticket price includes a £5 non-refundable booking fee.   

– Those who get a message to us to cancel up to 6pm the night before: we will refund 

 

– Players who cancel on the day but prior to the event: we refund IF we can fill their space

 

– Players who do not turn up for the event: there is no refund   

If Government guidelines mean we cannot run the event then we will refund any ticket purchase.
