Begin the adventure of multiple lifetimes with Dinosaurs and Ancient Gods guarding untold treasures in The Lost Caverns of Ixalan. In The Lost Caverns of Ixalan, you will dig deep and explore the depths beneath Ixalan in a race to its hidden core—but you must watch out for the dangers within!

Voordat de nieuwe set “Lost Caverns of Ixalan” in de winkels ligt kunnen we er alvast mee spelen. Zaterdag 11 november organiseren we een casual Sealed Deck Magic The Gathering toernooi.

Bij aanvang ontvang je een prerelease pack met daarin 6 boosterpacks en 1 prerelease promocard. Je krijgt 50 minuten om hiermee een deck te maken met minimaal 40 kaarten. Hiermee speel je 5 rondes van 50 minuten (best-of-3).

We gebruiken de Wizards Companion app om de score en de pairings bij te houden. De app kun je downloaden op je smartphone vanuit de Apple of Google store. Inloggen gaat met een Wizards account.

Per deelnemer gaan er 2 SET-boosters in de prijzenpot. Iedereen die na 5 rondes 7 punten of meer heeft wint boosters.

Omdat Magic The Gathering dit jaar zijn 30-jarig bestaan viert ontvangt elke deelnemer bij aanvang van het toernooi een extra (willekeurige) promokaart van Dragonlord Atarka/Dramatic Reversal/Path of Ancestry/Beast Whisperer

We kunnen zonder kosten gebruik maken van Spelletjescafé de 2 Klaveren. Ze hebben heerlijk eten en drinken voor een goede prijs. Vanzelfsprekend kun je dus geen eigen consumpties gebruiken. Spelletjescafé de 2 Klaveren is bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer via tram 13 (Centraal Station) en tram 19 (Station Sloterdijk).

Join us every two weeks* on Friday at 19:00 for Modern! Booster prizes are awarded based on your success at the tournament. Also the winner and 1 randomly chosen players get a special FNM booster! 

Participation fee: €7.5. 

Rounds: We play 4 rounds of Swiss (you are able to play in all rounds). 

Prizes: 1,5 booster packs per player go into the prize pool.

Gezellig Magic the Gathering spelen in een relaxte sfeer om je nieuwe deck te testen en je skills te verbeteren.

Inschrijven kan vanaf 19.30 op locatie. We starten stipt om 19.45 zodat we na 4 rondes rond 23:30 klaar zijn

Deelname is € 5,50 (betaling met tikkie). Hiervoor gaat per deelnemer 1 booster in de prijzenpot. 

Op basis van je behaalde resultaten win je boosters en/of door Wizards of the Coast beschikbaar gestelde promocards.

Om scores en pairings bij te houden gebruiken we de Wizards of the Coast Companion app. Deze kun je downloaden uit de Apple of Google store.

Kick off your weekend with Friday Night Magic in Amsterdam! 

Play some casual Magic in a relaxed atmosphere to test your new deck and improve your skills.

Registration starts on-site at 19:30. We start at 19:45 sharp so we can finish around 23:30 after 4 rounds.
